                Condensed milk chocolate truffles recipe



Ingredient 
  1. 160g condensed milk 
  2. 40g cocoa powder


First, put a wrap (cellophane papers) will do in a container to harden chocolate . It will be better if you take a square or circle shaped ceramic bowl . Here wrap means , just place the paper all over the bowl in the base on which the chocolate will be placed to wrap the chocolate for hardening in the refrigerator . 
Next, take a big bowl  , use condensed milk as per g mentioned  microwave it for 30 seconds. Sift the cocoa powder into a sieve (3-4 times). Then mix the condensed milk and sifted cocoa powder into a thick paste . 
Put this mixture in the cellophane wrapped container and let it harden in the fridge for about an hour.
Take it out put some cocoa powder on a chopping board or plate and open the wrapped , refrigerated chocolate mixture place it on the plate cut it into small squares and mix the cocoa powder all over the hardened chocolate . The cocoa powder will stick to the chocolate , dont worry !!
Plate it , and eat it whenever you want to.
